Once it is shipped, that's on the delivery company to do their part. I am not responsible for late orders. I box them, label them as fragile and put dry ice to keep the chocolate cool. Please consider timeframes when ordering your chocolate (especially since it is summer and hot). I do not take responsibility for melted chocolate.
